Stress Management - Short storey
The Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it.
He held it up for all to see & asked the students "How much do you think
this glass weighs?"
'100gms!'..... '150gms!' .....'200gms' ...the students answered.
"I really don't know unless I weigh it," said the professor, "but, my
question is:
What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?"
'Nothing' ...the students said.
'Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?' the professor
asked.
'Your arm would begin to ache' said one student.
"You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?"
"Your arm could go numb; you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis &
have to go to hospital for sure!"
... Ventured another student & all the students laughed "Very good.
But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?" Asked the
professor.
'No'.. Was the answer.
"Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?"
The students were puzzled.
"What should I do now to come out of pain?" asked professor again.
"Put the glass down!" said one of the students "Exactly!" said the
professor.
Life's problems are something like this.
Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.
Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do
anything.
It's important to think of the challenges or problems in your life, But EVEN
MORE IMPORTANT is to 'PUT THEM DOWN' at the end of every day before you go
to sleep...
That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh & strong & can
handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!
So, when you start your day today, Remember friend to 'PUT THE GLASS DOWN'

Make it happen - Michael Jordan
Felix Baumgartner
Felix Baumgartner
has become the first skydiver to go faster than the speed of sound, reaching a maximum velocity of 833.9mph (1,342km/h).
After flying to an altitude of 39,045 meters (128,100 feet) in a helium-filled balloon, Felix Baumgartner completed a record breaking jump from the edge of space, exactly 65 years after Chuck Yeager first broke the sound.
Some people are born to break the record and push the limits to extreme where no one has ever tried it before. They dare to do it by taking risk of life!More pictures curtsy from the sponsor site RedBull (http://www.redbullstratos.com)

Nick Vujicic
Physical Challenge didn't stop him
About Nick Vujicic
(From Wiki) Nicholas James Vujicic (born 4 December 1982) is a Serbian Australian evangelist and motivational speaker born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterised by the absence of all four limbs. As a child, he struggled mentally and emotionally as well as physically, but eventually came to terms with his disability and, at the age of seventeen, started his own non-profit organisation, Life Without Limbs. Vujicic presents motivational speeches worldwide, on life with a disability, hope and finding meaning in life. He also speaks about his belief that God can use any willing heart to do his work and that God is big enough to overcome any and all disabilities.Although he is physically challenged with his strong will, determination and faith he did over come the physical challenge with mental strength and became most successful in life than an ordinary person.
How did he succeed?
He focused mind on what he could rather what he don't have. He shifted thoughts to POSSIBILITIES from negative to positive. Instead of thinking WHY IT CAN'T BE DONE, HE THINK HOW IT CAN BE DONE?

Letting Control by Will Smith
Time and Karma
When a bird is alive... It eats AntsWhen the bird is dead... Ants eat the bird.Time & Circumstance can change any time.Don't Devalue or hurt any one in life. You may be powerful today. But remember.Time is more powerful than you.One tree makes millions of match sticks...Only one match stick need to burn millions of trees..
